Delaware North recently announced two key enterprise leadership appointments: Catherine Leitner as chief marketing officer and Dawn Drewry as chief information officer.
Each leader brings deep experience leading high-performing teams, strengthening business partnerships and advancing strategic priorities across marketing, technology and operations. They will both be a part of Delaware North’s Executive Leadership Team.
Leitner named chief marketing officer
Reporting directly to Delaware North EVP and Chief Operating Officer Jamie Obletz, Leitner will lead the company’s center-led marketing disciplines, including the Creative and Content Studio, Brand and Digital Marketing. She will also continue to partner closely with subsidiary marketing leaders to support their marketing strategies and help align enterprise priorities with each business unit’s goals.
Leitner has served as interim CMO since January, leading the Marketing function during an important period for the company. One of Delaware North’s key priorities for 2026 has been to redesign its marketing function and go-to-market strategies, and her leadership and partnership throughout that work have been critical.
Leitner joined Delaware North in 2022 as vice president of marketing for Parks and Resorts. In 2024, she took on the dual role of vice president of marketing for Patina Group and vice president of Brand and the Creative Studio. Prior to joining Delaware North, Leitner spent two decades with Marriott International, where she held leadership positions in experiential marketing, brand, communications and global partnerships across Marriott’s portfolio, including The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis brands.
“Catherine has established herself as a trusted, collaborative partner across Delaware North, working closely with leaders throughout the business to ensure the company’s marketing and creative teams are aligned with subsidiary goals and positioned to support continued growth,” Obletz wrote in the announcement.
Drewry to lead enterprise technology strategy
Reporting directly to EVP and Chief Financial Officer Chris Feeney, Drewry will oversee Delaware North’s information technology function, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, technology governance and the platforms that enable teams across the company to support our operations, guests and team members effectively.
Drewry is an accomplished technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation and business modernization initiatives across complex global organizations. Most recently, she served as executive vice president and chief information officer at Monogram Foods, where she led the company’s technology, cybersecurity and data strategy.
Prior to Monogram, Drewry held senior technology leadership roles at Tyson Foods, Hewlett Packard, Honeywell and Advanced Micro Devices, partnering closely with business leaders to leverage technology as a strategic driver of growth, innovation and operational excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Arizona and a master’s degree in strategic management and executive leadership from Pennsylvania State University.
“Dawn brings deep expertise in technology strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise applications and data-driven decision making, along with a passion for developing talent and partnering across the business,” Feeney wrote in Drewry’s announcement.
