AI-powered contact centre startup Dialflo has raised Rs 1.7 crore in its first funding round, led by pre-seed venture capital firm AJVC, with participation from angel investors Afsar Ahmad, Arpit Dave and Jani Pasha.
The startup plans to use the fresh capital to expand its engineering and AI teams, further develop its attribution engine and add more enterprise customers.
Founded in 2024, the Bengaluru-based startup is developing an AI-first contact centre platform for enterprises that combines AI agents with human experts.
The platform is designed to route repeatable tasks to AI while directing work requiring greater human judgement to experts. It also uses a verification and attribution engine to track the contribution of AI and human agents and measure outcomes.
“Our attribution engine tracks every action, AI or human, and ties it to ROI in real time,” Abhishek Kumar said.
Dialflo began its operations with the ONEST project, developing voice AI agents to help Industrial Training Institute students prepare digital resumes. The startup later expanded its work to businesses including Smartstaff and Lokal.
According to the startup, more than 2,000 ITI students in Dharwad, Karnataka, have created resumes using Dialflo’s voice AI system.
The startup’s contact centre technology is currently used by more than 10 enterprises, including Tata Digital, Intugine and Careernet.
Dialflo is targeting 20 additional enterprise customers over the next six months, Kumar said.
AJVC said Dialflo’s model combines AI with human expertise, with its technology aimed at helping businesses measure the outcomes generated by their contact centre operations.
The investment firm, founded by Aviral Bhatnagar, focuses on pre-seed investments in India. Its portfolio includes startups across AI, financial technology, consumer products and services.
