The Paradise to Become Rare Film to Release Without a Trailer, Confirms Nani; Says Telugu Audience is the Focus
The biggest film of Nani’s career is without a doubt The Paradise which has been in making for over a year now and marks his reunion with director Srikant Odela after the 2023 hit Dasara.
The film was initially set for March 2026 release but was then delayed and later a September release date was announced.
However, it was rumoured that considering the film is still on floors in September, it may not be able to make it in time for the late September release.
But Nani has now confirmed at a media event related to the film that The Paradisewill indeed release on September 24, 2026, contrary to the rumours.
The Paradise to Release Without a Trailer
Talking about the same, Nani said, “The Paradisewill not have a trailer. Someone said that even if we don’t promote from now, the film has enough hype to sustain it. I am not taking the audience for granted, though.”
Further explaining why there isn’t a trailer for the film, he said, “There are so many teams working hard now to deliver a quality film. If we give a trailer now, it needs to be stellar. To do that, we will have to set aside post-production for a few days. We had also hoped to release a good trailer, but given the circumstances, we made the decision not to release it.”

Srikanth Odela’s Lack of Time Management in Comparison to SS Rajamouli’s
The actor also commented on director Srikanth Odela’s lack of time management and said, “Srikanth suddenly apologised to me one day. He said he has missed the mark when it comes to time management. He said, ‘I need to, but I don’t know how to learn it.’”
Nani added, “He told me he would like to join as Rajamouli’s assistant director after shooting this film. I felt happy when I heard that. We all have the passion and vision to make films, but we all need to better ourselves somewhere. A lot of us don’t realise that. But Srikanth did and said he wants to work with someone who’s good at it.”
WhyThe Paradise isn’t a Pan-India Film
Nani also refused to call it a Pan-India film and said that Telugu audience is their primary target.
He said, “We don’t want to call it a pan-India film. Along with Telugu, it will release in some other languages. Telugu is definitely our prime target, and I hope audiences in other languages also watch TheParadiseand enjoy it equally.”
He also called the term “pan-India” an “over-abusive word”.
