WILSON, N.C. — Sarreid Ltd. has named Steadman Lanier vice president of marketing.
Lanier joined Sarreid in 2018 as digital media coordinator and was promoted to director of marketing in 2024. Over those years, her role expanded well beyond communications to encompass overall marketing strategy. In her new role, she joins Sarreid’s leadership team, reporting to President and CEO Brad Cates.
“Steadman has an exceptional ability to understand who Sarreid has always been while also seeing what we can become,” said Cates, adding, “This promotion recognizes the leadership she is already providing and the confidence we have in her as we look toward Sarreid’s next chapter.”
Lanier has helped translate the Sarreid point of view from product into brand experience, elevating photography and room-scene imagery, refining how the company presents itself. She has worked closely with Mickey Sharpe, vice president of design and creative, to connect product direction and marketing strategy.
Before joining Sarreid, Lanier owned and operated Belle & Co., a high-end retail boutique, for 15 years.
