Offerpad Solutions Inc.has appointed data and technology executive Benjamin Graboske to its board of directors, according to an announcement on Tuesday. The company said Graboske will add deep data, AI and enterprise platform experience to the team as it looks to lean furtherinto digital real estate and an AI-powered operating model.
Graboske will also serve on Offerpad’s nominating and corporate governance committee, the company said in the announcement.

Graboske brings more than 25 years of experience building and scaling data and analytics platforms across highly regulated industries, including real estate, mortgage, capital markets and healthcare. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of technology and engineering and chief data officer at Definitive Healthcare, where he led global data strategy, product innovation and engineering.
Prior to Definitive Healthcare, Graboske served as head of mortgage data and analytics at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). He previously spent nearly a decade as president of data and analytics at Black Knight Inc., overseeing products and services for real estate, mortgage, capital markets and government clients.
Earlier in his career, Graboske was senior vice president of real estate and financial services at CoreLogic(now Cotality), leading sales and marketing for a business that generated $1.3 billion annually in customer solutions. He also held technology leadership roles at Move Inc./Realtor.com,Interthinxand The New York Times.
