The award was presented at the WaterCress Events Centre, Lagos, during an event which recognised brands for their contributions to customer experience, responsiveness and service excellence.
The organisers said African brands had continued to demonstrate agility in a changing global market by turning local challenges into opportunities.
They urged the award recipients to strengthen collaboration and partnerships across the continent, noting that the future of African commerce depended on stronger connections across borders.
Speaking on the recognition, Executive Director, Market Trend International, Victor Ebhomenye, described the award as an honour and a reflection of the company’s commitment to delivering quality service to its clients.
Ebhomenye said the recognition would further motivate the agency to maintain high standards in its operations.
He said, “We sincerely appreciate this recognition from Africa Brand Awards. It reinforces our commitment to excellence and motivates us to continue maintaining the highest standards in everything we do.
“We are grateful for the recognition and remain committed to delivering exceptional value to our clients.”
According to him, MTI’s market research projects help organisations make informed decisions by providing relevant data and insights into their customers, products, services, processes and overall business direction.
He said access to reliable information was increasingly important in a competitive business environment, where organisations needed to understand market trends and customer needs before making critical decisions.
“What we do is gather relevant and insightful data that enables organisations to make strategic decisions about their customers, products, services, processes, and overall business direction. We often say that data is power.
“In today’s business environment, having the right data at the right time can make the difference between simply reacting to the market and staying ahead of it.
“This is where our work becomes particularly relevant. We provide businesses with reliable information and insights before they make critical decisions, helping them better understand their markets, identify opportunities, reduce uncertainty, and make more confident choices.
“So, I believe market research is extremely relevant to today’s business environment because good decisions are ultimately driven by good information,” he said.
Ebhomenye, who noted that the company had received other awards in the past, said such recognition also helped to strengthen clients’ confidence in the agency.
He said, “We are familiar with the positive impact that this kind of recognition brings to an organisation.
“Being able to showcase these awards to our clients gives them greater confidence in working with us. It provides independent recognition of the standards we maintain and reinforces the trust they place in our ability to deliver.”
Other organisations recognised at the event included Vitafoam, Baobab Microfinance Bank, United Bank for Africa and SUNU Health, among others.
