- Has Wall Street Got Monday.com Completely Wrong?
monday.com NASDAQ: MNDY used its Elevate 2026 investor Q&A to outline a strategy centered on enterprise AI adoption, managed deployment services, consumption-based monetization and a broader positioning beyond project management software.
Co-Founder and Co-CEO Eran Zinman said customers have moved beyond buying AI tools simply to gain access to the technology and are increasingly focused on measurable return on investment. He said companies want AI to reduce costs or increase revenue, but often need help identifying use cases, deploying systems and driving organizational change.
Frontier targets enterprise AI deployment

To address that need, monday.com announced monday Frontier, an organization combining managed services and deployment engineers. Zinman said the company plans to scale the initiative through 2027 as customers seek assistance implementing monday.com and its AI capabilities.
“In order to drive real change, you need people and agents, data and context all live in one place,” Zinman said. He described Frontier as a way to help customers deploy AI safely on a platform where their work data, contacts and users are already active.

Roy Mann, Co-Founder and Co-CEO, said Frontier does not represent a departure from monday.com’s focus on ease of use. Instead, he said the service is intended to help customers determine where AI can create business value and manage the broader change process, while allowing customers to retain ownership of what they build.
Chief Revenue Officer Casey George said the company expects its field deployment-engineer motion to focus primarily on mid-market and enterprise customers. For smaller customers, monday.com plans to rely more heavily on partners offering pre-built assets and services.
Zinman said adoption of AI agents is currently three times higher among enterprise customers than among small and midsize businesses, on a relative basis. He added that Frontier will focus on mid-market customers and above, where monday.com sees greater willingness to adopt and pay for AI services.
Platform expands beyond work management
Management said monday.com’s business has evolved beyond its historical identity as a project or work-management software provider. Zinman said customers increasingly use the platform to manage critical business processes that do not fit conventional off-the-shelf software categories.
