Poland Prologis leases 51,000 sqm to e-commerce platform

Prologis has signed two lease agreements totalling 51,000 sqm with one of Europe’s leading e-commerce platforms. The tenant will occupy more than 24,000 sqm at Prologis Park Piotrków and around 27,000 sqm at Prologis Park Chorzów.

At Piotrków Trybunalski, the tenant will establish a regional logistics hub in building DC2 to handle deliveries and returns across Poland. The facility offers modern Grade A warehouse space and convenient access to the A1 motorway and E67 expressway.
Meanwhile, the warehouse in Chorzów has undergone extensive refurbishment, including upgrades to its HVAC systems, LED lighting and energy-efficient office installations. Its location alongside the A4 motorway provides efficient regional distribution and access to major transport routes.
“The transaction also demonstrates the potential of existing buildings, which can successfully meet the changing needs of new tenants following appropriate refurbishment,” says Katarzyna Nobis, leasing manager at Prologis.
