New Update
Konnect Insights, the AI-powered omnichannel customer experience and intelligence platform, today announced the launch of Front Office OS, a unified intelligence architecture designed to connect enterprise customer-facing systems and turn customer conversations into actionable business intelligence.
The launch marks the company’s entry into a new category it calls CX Intelligence, focused on helping enterprises move beyond operational dashboards to insights that support strategic decision-making. At its core is Konnect Research Cloud (KRC), a natural language interface that allows business leaders to query connected customer data and access insights in seconds.
“For twenty years, enterprise technology has helped unify back-office functions such as finance, procurement and supply chain. The front office, where customer interactions generate valuable business intelligence every day, has continued to operate across fragmented systems. Front Office OS changes that by bringing customer intelligence together in a single layer,” said Sameer Narkar, Founder and CEO, Konnect Insights.
Connecting Enterprise Customer Systems
Front Office OS sits above an organisation’s existing technology stack, connecting systems without replacing established platforms. It is operational across three enterprise system categories: telephony and contact centres, CRM and marketing automation, and field service management.
The architecture brings together call transcripts, escalation patterns, customer records, campaign performance, churn indicators, social sentiment and field service interactions. Through KonnectFSM, on-ground customer interactions are connected with social, support and CRM data, allowing businesses to trace a complaint from its initial social mention to field resolution through a single query.
Making Customer Intelligence Accessible
Through Konnect Research Cloud, business leaders can ask questions in plain language to identify emerging reputational risks, assess campaign sentiment, detect potential churn signals and understand customer concerns that traditional metrics may not capture.
“Customer conversations are among the most valuable and underutilised intelligence assets in an enterprise. Much of this information remains confined to operational workflows. KRC and Front Office OS are built on the conviction that these conversations are strategic data, not operational noise. The ability to analyse them together in real time gives enterprises a fundamental intelligence advantage,” Narkar added.
The launch comes amid advances in AI that enable the analysis of large volumes of unstructured customer data, alongside emerging integration approaches such as Model Context Protocol (MCP). These developments are creating new opportunities for enterprises to connect existing systems and make customer intelligence more accessible to decision-makers.
