Fleets, repair shops and owner-operators have a new option for buyingtruck parts online. International Motors has launched Fleetrite.com, bringing International OEM parts, Fleetrite-branded parts and third-party aftermarket parts together in one catalog.
The site offers about 400,000 parts for commercial trucks and buses. Customers can check prices and place orders around the clock, with OEM and all-makes parts on the same order and invoice.
Fleetrite.com simplifies parts management with quick parts searchability, a real-time inventory view, and streamlined parts ordering. Orders are filled through more than 600 International and IC Bus dealer locations across North America.
Find the Part and See Where It Is
Before ordering, customers can check availability at their local dealer, an International parts distribution center, and online inventory. According to International, the site shows where a part is available and when it is expected to arrive.
To get started, buyers create an account and select a dealer location. They can then search by VIN, vehicle, part number or category, and cross-reference parts.
Customers can have parts shipped to their dealer or directly to their location, track deliveries, and reorder from their purchase history. National fleets can also connect their systems for direct ordering through an application programming interface, or API.
“Fleetrite.com brings everything together in one easy-to-use solution, allowing customers to search and cross-reference parts while seeing live inventory on our shelves and at the local PDC,” said Nathan Barber of Hill International Trucks, which helped design the site.
Parts for Mixed Fleets
For fleets running multiple truck brands, the site lets you buy OEM and all-makes replacement parts from the same dealer.
Fleetrite, International’s aftermarket parts brand, covers commercial trucks, tractors, trailers and buses regardless of manufacturer. Its lineup includes more than 100 product lines and approximately 10,000 active part numbers.
According to International, Fleetrite parts carry an 18-month parts-and-labor warranty when installed within its dealer network.
The store is available at Fleetrite.com.
