Ella’s AI Agent leverages a powerful combination of n8n for orchestration, Groq for high-speed AI inference, and Supabase for CRM and analytics tracking. These core technologies, along with custom HTML, Bright Data, and seamless Gmail integrations, were selected to ensure a robust, zero-latency architecture capable of handling hundreds of concurrent sessions effortlessly.
What is traction to date for Ella’s AI Agent? Around the web, who’s been noticing?
The project is currently in a pre-launch, fully functional prototype phase where the complete end-to-end architecture has been successfully built and tested. Moving into live pilot deployments, Ella’s AI Agent is projected to autonomously resolve 70–80% of routine L1 support tickets and slash customer response times from over six hours down to under two seconds.
