This project adopts the AI customer service robot solution, integrates distributed hardware and cloud intelligent control, provides efficient and automated pre-sales and after-sales consultation as well as customer order conversion tools, and completely solves all kinds of drawbacks existing in the traditional manual mode.
This project is specially designed for all kinds of e-commerce merchants, private domain operation teams and cross-border enterprises, to meet the automation needs of different business scenarios, provide lightweight, distributed and elastically scalable “intelligent control cloud terminals”, and extend AI capabilities to the front line of business execution. It helps enterprises realize automated customer service operation on multiple platforms (such as Pinduoduo, Douyin Store, Taobao, WeCom, WhatsApp, etc.), AI-driven remote execution and global business support.
This project builds a three-level architecture of “cloud-edge-end” collaboration to get through the “last mile” between AI decision-making and business execution. Among them, the cloud intelligent middle platform is responsible for the operation of the system brain, overall decision-making and scheduling. It includes intelligent customer service robot (intention understanding, dialogue management), RAG engine and knowledge base (accurate Q&A), and cloud scheduling system (mass equipment concurrent management). The distributed hardware execution layer is the business tentacle, responsible for accurate execution. It is composed of self-developed “intelligent control cloud terminals”, providing a highly stable and all-weather operation environment, supporting remote monitoring and seamless connection of multiple platforms. The AI automated execution layer is the intelligent drive, responsible for operation conversion. It deeply integrates RPA, NLP and computer vision technologies to convert cloud decisions into accurate automated operations on the graphical interface.
This project develops a self-owned software and hardware platform, provides a highly stable, all-weather online operation environment, supports remote monitoring, management and silent upgrade, and ensures the purity and reliability of the execution environment. It adopts a distributed elastic architecture, supports the elastic expansion of the equipment network, can flexibly increase or decrease equipment according to business needs, and meets the deployment requirements from small-scale to enterprise-level. At the same time, it provides seamless multi-platform connection. The hardware is deeply integrated and aggregated with mainstream e-commerce platforms (Pinduoduo, Douyin Store, Taobao, JD) and private domain tools such as WeCom/WhatsApp, to realize operation-level connection and break through API restrictions.

The market space of this project is huge, with a large number of users, and the trend that new quality productive forces replace traditional manpower is accelerating.
The sources of commercial revenue are as follows: One is to charge service fees on a regular basis according to the stepped price, in combination with the specific situation of different merchants, such as the number of stores, the number of products, the volume of consultation visits, token consumption and other factors. The other is to sell hardware equipment to users, charge one-time fees, as well as subsequent maintenance and upgrade service fees.
IV. Team Background and Current Progress
All core members of the project team have a master’s degree or above from 985 universities, and have more than 10 years of product R&D experience in Internet software and intelligent equipment. All software and hardware are independently owned intellectual property rights of the project team, and a number of software copyrights and invention patents have been obtained, which has core advantages and barriers in the technology R&D level in the same industry.
At the present stage, the project has invested about 10 million yuan of self-owned funds, completed the technical R&D work, and has been in commercial landing for more than half a year, with nearly a thousand paying users. We hope to connect with investment institutions or related enterprises with industry resources. We mainly value the industry resources of partners, which can bring leapfrog improvement in marketing and customer volume to the project. If the resources are highly matched and high-quality, we can consider giving part of the project shares to the partner without the partner’s capital contribution, to achieve win-win cooperation.
