Banglalink has opened a new customer service outlet in Khulna, introducing a modern store format that combines personalised assistance with interactive digital services.
The digital operator, wholly owned by VEON, aims to move beyond the conventional telecom outlet model by offering a more welcoming environment focused on customer comfort, care and seamless digital interactions, according to a press release.
Johan Buse, chief executive officer of Banglalink, inaugurated the outlet in the divisional city recently.
The store features an open, welcoming environment designed to enhance the customer experience. A key feature is the “I vs We” support model, under which Banglalink representatives work alongside customers to resolve queries more efficiently and provide personalised assistance.
The outlet also has an interactive digital exploration zone where visitors can try Banglalink’s apps and explore its range of services. Fast-track assistance for time-sensitive requests and comfortable seating areas are also available to make visits more convenient.
Speaking at the inauguration, Muhammad Mehedi Hasan, sales and service director of Banglalink, said the company wanted customers to experience its services seamlessly, both through digital solutions and at physical touchpoints.
The new store brings these interactions together in an open, interactive space where customers can explore Banglalink’s digital ecosystem, receive prompt assistance and engage with its team, he said.
Expanding the modern store format to Khulna reflects the company’s commitment to providing accessible, high-quality customer service across the country, Hasan added.
With the new outlet, Banglalink seeks to strengthen its customer service offerings in the region by bringing in-person support and digital services together under one roof.
