Zebra Marketing Corporation (asi/365683) is gaining a foothold in the Mississippi market.
The Mobile, AL-based distributor has acquired MnM Logos Inc., a Tupelo, MS-based distributor. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
Founded and led by Mary Nell McAdams, MnM Logos has built its reputation on personal service, lasting client relationships and a dedication to helping organizations showcase their brands, Zebra said.
“We are excited to welcome MnM Logos’ clients into the Zebra family,” said Danny Sirmon, president of Zebra Marketing. “Mary Nell has built a business based on strong relationships and exceptional customer care. Our goal is to honor those relationships while bringing additional resources, technology, creative ideas and expanded product offerings to the clients who have trusted MnM for so many years.”
As part of this transition, MnM’s Lisa Moore has joined Zebra Marketing, providing clients with a familiar face and continuity of service, according to the company. Zebra has also welcomed Maggy Greer, who will help support and grow client relationships throughout North Mississippi.
The announcement comes just weeks after Zebra acquired fellow Mississippi firm East Beach Specialties, a distributor that has served customers throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast for more than two decades.
According to Zebra, MnM clients will benefit from expanded capabilities, including online company stores and e-commerce solutions, custom kitting, warehousing and fulfillment, and customer service.
“At Zebra, we believe great business is built on relationships, creativity and doing what we promise,” added Sirmon. “We look forward to building on what Mary Nell started and becoming a trusted partner to even more businesses throughout North Mississippi.”
Sirmon added that client artwork, order histories and important account information have been transferred from MnM to Zebra to ensure a seamless transition.
