The State Enterprise “Information Judicial Systems” has released a new version of the computer program for automating the document workflow of general courts “D-3” (version 3.32.6), according to the Territorial Administration of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine in the Odessa region.
The new update includes a number of changes that will make the work of courts more modern, secure, and convenient.
Electronic signature – according to new security standards
The program implements support for electronic signatures using a hash function in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 7564:2014. This increases the level of protection of electronic documents.
Quick verification of case participants
Court staff will be able to check online whether a participant in the case is registered in the “Electronic Court” subsystem. This simplifies the preparation of procedural documents and promotes more active use of electronic justice.
New capabilities for international correspondence
The program now includes functionality for registering international registered mail, which is especially relevant in cases involving foreign citizens or international organizations.
Registers can now be exported in XLSX format, which significantly facilitates the preparation of statistics, reporting, and information analysis.
The update also includes improvements in the verification of electronic signatures on writs of execution, corrections in the formation of certificates of voluntary payment of fines or court fees, and updated directories of case types and categories.
What does this mean for citizens?
Although most changes concern the internal work of the courts, such technical updates are the foundation of quality electronic justice. They help court staff process documents faster, reduce the risk of technical errors, and promote more effective interaction with the “Electronic Court” service.
