Patty Spiller, former Tempus AI and Livongo marketing leader, joins Transcarent as Chief Marketing Officer.
Patty brings extensive experience building high-performing marketing organizations and driving growth at some of healthcare technology’s most innovative companies. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Tempus AI, where she built the marketing function and led strategies that supported significant revenue growth, the launch of flagship AI solutions and biopharma platforms, and the company’s successful initial public offering.
Previously, Patty served as Vice President of Growth Marketing at Livongo, where she built and scaled the company’s growth marketing engine, helping drive rapid adoption through its IPO and subsequent merger. Earlier in her career, she held marketing leadership roles at Abbott, bringing innovative healthcare technologies to markets around the world.
“Patty has a proven track record of building and scaling companies that change how healthcare works,” said Glen Tullman, Chief Executive Officer of Transcarent. “We’ve built the platform. Now it’s time to scale. Patty brings the vision and experience to make sure more people know what’s available to them and take full advantage of these benefits while their companies realize a reduction in overall health and care costs.”
Her appointment reflects Transcarent’s continued investment in making it easier for people to move from finding answers to taking action on their health.
“Transcarent is transforming healthcare by making it simpler, more personal, and easier to access,” said Spiller. “What drew me here is the combination of powerful AI, clinical expertise, and an exceptional team committed to making a difference. We’re using AI to make healthcare more human, removing complexity, and taking care of the next steps for our Members, while giving our doctors, nurses, and therapists more time to provide personal support when it matters most. Together, we have an incredible opportunity to bring better, more affordable care to millions more.”
Patty holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad ORT Uruguay. Originally from Uruguay, she resides in the Bay Area with her family.
