Techcombank will be upgrading its Core Banking system from the evening of November 7th to the morning of November 8th, 2026. Customers should proactively conduct transactions beforehand and be wary of fake messages and links.
To enhance customer experience, Techcombank will be upgrading its core banking system from 7:00 PM on November 7, 2026 to 8:00 AM on November 8, 2026 (Sunday). This system upgrade is part of a plan to further improve service quality, enhance operational efficiency, and provide more convenient transactions for customers.
During the upgrade period, some banking services may be temporarily interrupted. Services operating normally include: POS services and credit card transactions, which do not require new card information entry. Techcombank will focus its resources on minimizing the deployment time; however, depending on the actual situation, the completion time may be earlier or longer than expected and will be regularly updated to customers through official communication channels.
To ensure that transactions are not affected, Techcombank recommends that customers proactively arrange to carry out important transactions before the upgrade period from 7:00 PM on November 7, 2026 to 8:00 AM on November 8, 2026.
Please note, to avoid being exploited, stolen, or defrauded, Techcombank strongly advises customers to absolutely refrain from providing personal information, OTPs, or bank passwords, or clicking on fake or malicious links.
For emergency assistance, customers can contact Techcombank’s 24/7 call center: Individual customers: 1800 588 822 and corporate customers: 1800 6556.
Techcombank has always been a pioneer in applying technology and digitalization to enhance value and customer experience.
