Success Magazine has named veteran media executive Amy Cosper as its new editor in chief, bringing aboard an experienced publishing leader with a background spanning entrepreneurship, business journalism and technology media.
Cosper joins the publication after serving as head of content at Bizee, a position she has held since December 2023. Prior to that, she led the repositioning and redesign of Family Business magazine.
She is best known for her tenure at Entrepreneur, where she spent more than eight years and served as both editor in chief and vice president of parent company Entrepreneur Media. After assuming the editor-in-chief role in July 2008, Cosper oversaw editorial strategy and content development across the company’s print and digital properties, including Entrepreneur magazine, Entrepreneur.com and WomenEntrepreneur.com.
Earlier in her career, Cosper built an international reporting portfolio covering the technology sector. She reported on broadband, broadcasting and satellite communications from Israel, Norway, Brazil, Luxembourg, Paris and London before moving into editorial leadership roles.
She later became publisher and editor in chief of Satellite Broadband magazine at WiesnerMedia and subsequently held several managing editorial positions at Intertec Publishing and Argus Integrated Media.
Cosper earned both undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Colorado.
Her appointment brings decades of editorial leadership and business media experience to Success Magazine as the publication continues its coverage of entrepreneurship, leadership and professional development.
