SalesJack, a sales platform built for lumberyards and building materials dealers, has launched SalesJack Radar alongside updates to its CRM and mobile app. The release adds an AI search tool and an AI agent that flags opportunities for sales reps, along with navigation changes built around what reps need to act on.
SalesJack’s existing product pulls together a dealer’s ERP data, third-party quotes, permit data and email data into one connected view. The new release is built to make that data actionable rather than simply visible. Radar turns it into direct answers, the updated CRM surfaces what matters inside a customer relationship, and the same information is now accessible through the mobile app.
“We already gave dealers a connected view of their data. This release is about making that data useful in the moment. Radar tells reps where to focus and lets them ask why with our AI chatbot,” said Ryan Dempsey, CEO of SalesJack.
The feature has two parts. Radar Chat lets a rep type a question in plain English, such as which customers hold active permits but haven’t placed a recent order, or which large open quotes have gone without follow-up, and searches across the dealer’s ERP data, emails, quotes, permits, CRM records, jobs and orders to return an answer. Access is permission-based, so a rep can only query the accounts and records they’re authorized to see, while managers can see insights across the full team.
Radar Flags runs in the background, surfacing items that need attention on their own, without a rep having to ask. That includes high-value quotes awaiting follow-up, active permits with no recent orders, customers who have gone quiet, gaps where a cross-sell opportunity exists, and orders running behind schedule. Each flag links back to the customer, quote, permit, order or job it came from, and the items appear in a ranked feed rather than a raw list.
SalesJack’s customers include PARR Lumber, Hamilton Building Supply, HPM Building Supply, Evanston Lumber and Schillings. PARR Lumber has added $1 million in new revenue using the platform’s automated permit leads.
