The Swedish beauty brand is seeking partners for digital transformation and experiential marketing as it targets 2030 growth ambitions
Oriflame has invited agency pitches for two separate India mandates – an integrated Digital Growth, AI & Marketing Transformation Agency and a specialist Brand Experience & Activation Agency, with a focus on measurable outcomes and ROI.
With over 30 years in India, Oriflame aims to make the country its largest global market by 2030, contributing 25 per cent of global revenue and adding 10 lakh Brand Partners. The partnerships will support recruitment, engagement and sales growth.
The digital mandate will focus on appointing a comprehensive 360-degree, martech- and AI-enabled digital marketing partner with capabilities spanning the entire digital ecosystem. The scope will include strengthening brand discovery and visibility across traditional and AI-powered search through AEO and GEO; driving full-funnel digital marketing and performance media; building CRM, marketing automation and data-led consumer engagement; and developing an integrated content ecosystem across social media, creators, UGC, short-form video and regional platforms. The agency will also be expected to leverage emerging technologies, agentic AI and intelligent automation to enhance marketing efficiency, optimise campaigns and drive measurable business growth.

The agency will be expected to deliver scalable, pan-India activations that connect offline experiences with measurable digital journeys, qualified leads and downstream sales.
Agency Selection
Both partners will be assessed on their ability to translate marketing investments into business outcomes, supported by clear performance metrics, transparent reporting and robust measurement frameworks. Agencies may pitch for either, or both mandates, but proposals, teams, commercials and selection processes will remain separate.
Through these two mandates, Oriflame aims to strengthen its digital presence and capabilities while creating impactful offline brand experiences that deepen consumer engagement and support its long-term growth ambitions in India.
The onboarding is expected to begin in February 2027.
