Netcore has partnered with WSFx Global Pay Ltd. (GlobalPay) to consolidate the company’s customer engagement operations through omnichannel marketing automation and a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
The partnership brings GlobalPay’s customer data and engagement channels onto a single platform. The implementation began with a discovery phase in July 2025, with the core build completed by early 2026.
As part of the implementation, more than 12 channels, including email, domestic and international SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, app push, web push, web messages, in-app messages and custom audiences on Facebook and Google, were brought onto one platform.
Customer data from GlobalPay’s ERP, including currency, card, remittance and lead status, is transferred daily through secure SFTP. Around 38 customer actions, including starting a currency order or checking a rate, are also streamed in real time through Netcore’s Activity API.
The setup enables behaviour-based customer journeys for actions such as abandoning a currency order or remittance, checking exchange rates or logging into the platform without completing an action.
Leads triggered by customer activity are sent from Netcore to GlobalPay’s CRM for follow-up by the Inside Sales team. The same process is being migrated from Zoho to Salesforce.
GlobalPay has also consolidated transactional and promotional email, SMS, and WhatsApp messaging on the platform. The implementation includes contextual web and app messages, with provisions to tailor experiences for customer segments such as students, travellers and corporates.
Commenting on the partnership, Niraj Shetty, GlobalPay, said, “Over the past few months, we’ve been through a major customer-engagement transformation, implementing omnichannel marketing automation and a Customer Data Platform. Through every challenge, the Netcore team stood by us with patience, expertise, and genuine commitment. Great platforms help. Great people make it happen.”
Radhika Mathur, Digital Brand Head, GlobalPay, added, “Our data, our channels, and our sales team were all doing good work in separate rooms. Putting them on one platform meant we could finally act on a customer’s intent while it was still live, a rate check in the morning becoming a conversation the same day, not a follow-up next week.”
Nistha Mishra, Marketing Executive, GlobalPay, said, “The difference shows up in everyday work. We build a campaign across a dozen channels from one panel, watch how customers respond, and change it ourselves. Nothing waits in a queue, and nothing gets lost between systems.”
Speaking on the collaboration, Kalpit Jain, CEO, Netcore, said, “Forex and remittance is a business of moments. A customer checking a rate or starting a transfer is telling you exactly what they need, and that window closes fast. What we built with GlobalPay brings their data, their channels, and their sales team onto one platform so that intent turns into a conversation the same day, not a follow-up next week. That’s the shift from marketing automation to agentic engagement, and we’re proud to be GlobalPay’s partner in it.”
