Management of 2,600 long-term care institutions and social welfare facilities nationwide
More than 17 accounting agencies have introduced the Hope sound accounting automation program “All Care Solution” developed by the Financial Management Center (CEO Kim Hyun-tae). As of September 1, the number of long-term care institutions and social welfare facilities nationwide entrusted by these companies through all-care solutions exceeded 2,600.
The Hope Sound (Social Service Information System) operated by the Korea Social Security Information Service is an integrated management system that is mandatory for social welfare facilities and long-term care institutions across the country for administrative, accounting and subsidy settlement.
Due to the complicated regulations and the difficulty of individual access and handwriting input process for each institution, the burden on agencies that entrust the accounting of many facilities was high. Since the reorganization of the system in 2024, the Financial Management Center has introduced an all-care solution that accurately reflects the difficulties and demands of these sites.
“All Care Solution” is a B2B-only program that directly links data with the standard accounting standards for health and welfare of hope to reduce the risk of data missing and system errors that may occur when writing documents. This allows agencies to provide customized features to significantly reduce the burden of repetitive input and data transmission.
The main functions include “Direct Transmission,” which directly transmits accounting data without a separate login, and “Two-Track Certificate System,” which simultaneously supports certificates from institutions and agencies.
Using the ‘Integrated Accounting Status Edition’, you can grasp the work progress of each commissioned institution on one screen and immediately move to the relevant work screen. It is a function that optimizes the work environment of an agency that has to manage multiple long-term care institutions and social welfare facilities at the same time.
It also supports a “quick account” service that automatically fetches account transaction details. Based on the collected details, it is linked at once from writing a resolution to transmitting data on the desired joint system. In addition, it is also equipped with an artificial intelligence (AI) guidance function that compares and analyzes past account details and counterpart accounts and recommends appropriate account subjects.
According to a survey conducted by the Financial Management Center on actual introduction companies, the number of manageable institutions per employee has increased from about 40 per month to more than 100 after the introduction of all-care solutions. However, the effect of reducing working hours and the size of processing may vary depending on the composition of each company’s manpower, the agency in charge, and the scope of work.
In fact, it is evaluated that some introducing companies have greatly helped ease the burden of work by reducing the number of repetitive tasks during the period when their work is concentrated, such as budget, settlement, and year-end settlement.
An official from the Financial Management Center said, “All-Care solutions are currently being used for consignment accounting at more than 2,600 long-term care institutions and social welfare facilities,” adding, “We will continue to improve functions and support operations so that accounting agencies can manage a number of commissioned institutions more efficiently.”
