Madison Globalhas been ranked the No. 1 recognition provider overall in HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings for the Recognition Group, while also receiving the highest ranking for customer service.
The rankings are based entirely on feedback from verified customers, including HR executives and recognition buyers. Providers are evaluated across criteria including breadth of service, deal size and quality of service, giving the annual rankings a customer-driven measure of how recognition platforms and their supporting services perform in practice.
Madison’s latest recognition comes during a period of investment in its employee recognition technology, digital customer experience and executive leadership. The company has launched Maestro 6.0, the latest version of its recognition platform, introduced a redesigned global digital experience and promoted Judd Weisgal to chief sales officer.
“This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our clients,” Madison Global President and CEO Alex Alaminos said. “Awards like this are never the result of one product release or one great year. They reflect decades of listening to our customers, investing in our people, and continually improving the experience we deliver.”
Madison operates across employee recognition, incentive travel, meetings and events, with its recognition business combining software, rewards infrastructure, consulting and client support. Its Maestro and Aria platforms are designed for enterprise recognition programs, supported by multilingual capabilities and a global rewards network spanning more than 160 countries.
For large employers, operating recognition programs across multiple countries and employee populations involves more than deploying a software interface. Organizations must coordinate program rules, rewards, communications, local availability and employee support while maintaining a consistent experience across markets. Madison’s service model combines its technology with strategic guidance and ongoing program support intended to manage those requirements.
The company’s customer service ranking highlights that operational component. While recognition software provides the infrastructure for administering programs, implementation and ongoing execution can depend on how effectively providers support clients, address program issues and adapt recognition strategies as workforce requirements change.
“As the workplace continues to evolve, organizations need more than software,” Alaminos said. “They need a partner that understands recognition strategy, delivers exceptional service, and continues to innovate.”
HRO Today CEO Elliot Clark said recognition providers are increasingly expected to function as strategic partners to employers rather than simply administer programs. He said Madison distinguished itself by combining technology with customer service, with clients reflecting that assessment in the Baker’s Dozen rankings.
The recognition follows the rollout of Maestro 6.0, which represents Madison’s latest investment in the technology underpinning its employee recognition programs. Combined with the company’s digital experience redesign, the platform update is part of an effort to improve how enterprise customers administer recognition and how employees interact with those programs.
Madison has more than 50 years of experience and operates through its Madison Recognition and Madison Travel groups. The employee-owned company provides technology, strategic services, rewards and experiences for organizations managing employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
Its recognition infrastructure includes consulting and program support alongside technology and rewards fulfillment. That combination allows enterprise customers to manage recognition as an ongoing workforce program rather than a standalone employee benefit or software deployment.
Alaminos said customer feedback remains an input into how Madison develops its business and services. “We’re grateful to every client who shared their experience through this survey,” he said. “Their feedback continues to shape our business, challenge us to improve, and inspire us to raise the bar every year.”
Madison’s top overall position and customer service ranking provide an external measure of those investments as the company continues developing the technology and service infrastructure supporting recognition programs for global employers.
