Life Pharmacy is celebrating after being named Ireland’s number 1 retail brand for customer experience for the third year in the 2026 Customer Experience Insight (CXi) Report, compiled by the CX Company.
The recognition is particularly welcome for the teams at Life Pharmacy’s five branches across Mayo, including Life Pharmacy Balla, Life Pharmacy Knock, and Life Pharmacy Kilkelly who support customers in their local communities with trusted advice, care and service every day.
Life Pharmacy also retained its position as the number 2 overall brand in Ireland for customer experience, reflecting the commitment of its pharmacy teams and the relationships they build with customers throughout the year.
Since first entering the CXi survey in 2022, Life Pharmacy has continued to strengthen its position, rising from number 9 in its debut year to number 6 in 2023 and number 2 overall in 2024. It has maintained that overall ranking ever since, while retaining the top spot in the retail category for three years.
