Saudi company RABEH raised $8.5 million from a group of angel investors to support its platform connecting entrepreneurs with investors.
The company provides technology-enabled financing, tokenization and intelligent trading solutions. It uses artificial intelligence and tokenization tools to simplify access to investment deals and expand liquidity within the Saudi market.
RABEH aims to contribute to the development of financial infrastructure that meets the Kingdom’s evolving investment needs and supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
Syarah Secures $12 Million from Impact46
Digital automotive platform Syarah secured a $12 million investment from Impact46 to support its expansion across Saudi Arabia’s new and used car markets.
The platform allows customers to purchase vehicles through a fully digital experience without visiting physical showrooms. It provides nationwide coverage and vehicle delivery services across the Kingdom.
This digital model has helped Syarah establish itself as a trusted option for thousands of customers seeking a simpler and more flexible vehicle-buying experience.
Hazen.ai Raises $8 Million
Hazen.ai raised $8 million in a funding round led by Impact46 to develop its AI-powered traffic management and road-risk analysis solutions.

Its solutions enable relevant authorities to identify risks proactively, improve road safety and increase the efficiency of transport infrastructure.
ZenHR Secures $6 Million
Human resources technology platform ZenHR raised $6 million in a round led by Impact46 to advance its AI-powered HR management platform across the region.
ZenHR provides solutions covering workforce intelligence, compliance, performance evaluation and leave management, alongside other tools designed to help organizations manage their employees more effectively.

Abwab.ai Closes $4 Million Funding Round
Abwab.ai closed a $4 million funding round led by Speedinvest to develop artificial intelligence solutions for financial institutions.
The company helps financial organizations build and manage SME lending portfolios through integrated software for risk analysis and loan lifecycle management.
Its solutions allow institutions to improve and scale their lending operations without replacing their existing technology systems or introducing complex operational processes.
Nayla Finance Raises $18 Million
Nayla Finance, a digital financial services company focused on microenterprises, raised $18 million from a group of investment funds.
Participating investors included Sanabil Studio, Idrisi Ventures, Suhail Ventures and Blominvest.
Founded by Shuqran Al-Yahya and Khalid Al-Nayli, Nayla Finance plans to expand its services and advance financial inclusion in Saudi Arabia by offering fast and flexible financing products to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
