GR0 plans to acquire Ultimate Deployment, the enterprise division of Ultimate AI, and launch a new company called GR0 AI. The deal will combine GR0’s performance marketing capabilities and customer relationships with Ultimate Deployment’s AI agents and enterprise intelligence technology.
Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition is expected to close during the current quarter, subject to the completion of definitive agreements.
GR0 AI will develop AI-powered revenue systems for direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands.
The technology will connect with a company’s commerce platform, customer relationship management system, email, text messaging, phone and customer data infrastructure.
Its agents will identify high-intent customers, personalize outreach, conduct two-way conversations and attempt to recover revenue from abandoned shopping carts, inactive customers and unconverted prospects.
More complex or high-value opportunities can be transferred to human sales and customer support employees.
GR0 AI will also provide attribution and incrementality reporting intended to show how much revenue was assisted or directly generated by AI interactions.
In one early deployment, AI-led customer conversations were associated with more than $350,000 in sales during a period when the participating brand generated approximately $1 million in total revenue.
Each implementation will begin with an assessment of the customer’s operations. GR0 AI will interview employees, map business systems, organize company information and connect lead-scoring capabilities with the customer’s CRM before deploying external-facing agents.
Ultimate Deployment was founded by Ben Ganz and applies conversational AI to sales, marketing, customer experience, finance and internal business operations.
