Fisent Technologies has introduced Fisent BizAI Studio, a new self-service portal designed to allow enterprise users to independently build, test and manage AI-driven automation workflows using the company’s Applied GenAI Process Automation technology.
The Toronto-based company said Fisent BizAI Studio gives organizations more direct control over how AI is deployed across knowledge-intensive business processes, particularly those involving unstructured content such as insurance claims, financial documents and home inspection reports.
Fisent BizAI Studio functions as a centralized operational hub for its Fisent BizAI platform, replacing more technical API-based configurations with a low-code interface intended for broader enterprise use. The company said the portal enables users to model workflows that mirror how people analyze and process content while maintaining oversight of automated processes.

Among the platform’s new features is a design tool that lets users create multi-step workflows using natural-language prompts. According to the company, workflows can be generated in less than 30 seconds and configured to perform tasks such as classification, extraction, verification, analysis, and tabulation of complex content through the Fisent BizAI Agentic Actions Framework.
The self-service portal also includes lifecycle management capabilities designed to support workflow testing, versioning, deployment and governance within enterprise environments. Fisent said the system provides review gates and traceability features intended to support compliance and oversight, particularly for organizations operating in regulated industries.
An integrated GenAI Efficacy Framework allows users to evaluate different AI models and configurations based on metrics such as accuracy, consistency and speed. Additional workflow features, including confidence rating capabilities, are now accessible through a simplified visual interface.
Fisent said BizAI Studio is intended to make advanced AI automation more accessible to non-technical teams, enabling business users to deploy and refine workflows without relying heavily on engineering resources. The company’s platform is already used by Fortune 500 organizations, including companies operating in banking, insurance, and wealth management sectors.
The launch reflects a broader shift in enterprise software toward agentic AI systems capable of automating increasingly complex workflows involving unstructured data and human-like reasoning. As companies seek to scale AI adoption, vendors have increasingly focused on tools that allow business users to configure and manage automation directly rather than relying solely on technical development teams.
