Italian fintech startup Tundr Tech Corporation S.r.l. has successfully closed a EUR 11.6 million Series A funding round. The capital injection is aimed at accelerating the growth of the company, which specializes in simplifying corporate welfare management systems for businesses and employees.
The financing round was led by CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. acting on behalf of the Corporate Partners I fund, the ServiceTech sub-fund, and the MiSE Co-investment Fund, alongside 360 Capital Partners S.A.S. The operation also saw significant participation from a syndicate of prominent institutional investors and financial players, including Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A., Kairos Partners SGR S.p.A., Banca Sella Holding S.p.A., and Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A.
A comprehensive roster of legal and financial advisors structured the venture capital transaction. BonelliErede advised Tundr with a legal team comprising partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane, managing associate Enrico Goitre, associates Elena Cozzupoli and Francesca Gea Rusconi, alongside Davide Cardinali.
Lead investor CDP Venture Capital was assisted by RPLT on legal and due diligence matters.
