FINRA has named Dalia Powers Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Engineering. She brings technology leadership experience across healthcare, financial services, and technology, with a background spanning digital, data, AI, and software engineering.
Powers most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Growth and Digital at Humana, where her work focused on digital, data, AI, generative AI, and analytics platforms. She previously held technology leadership roles at CBRE, USAA, and Capital One, including CIO and CTO roles across technology and engineering.
Her experience includes architecting and scaling cloud-native solutions, developing data platforms, and incorporating AI and generative AI into technology environments. She has also led large, globally distributed organizations, including teams of approximately 2,200 professionals.
Powers was named one of the 2025 Global Data Power Women by CDO Magazine. She has also been recognized on the North Texas AI 75 list, as an ORBIE CIO of the Year in DFW for Large Enterprises, and among the Top 100 Women in Technology.
