The Financial Services Support Hub is a centralized resource dedicated to providing financial guidance, support and transactional services to campus departments. The grand opening for the new hub will take place Sept. 17 from noon to 3 p.m. in College Park, Room 316.
During the event, attendees will have opportunities to tour the new space; meet the Financial Services Support Hub team; connect with representatives from Contracts and Procurement, eBusiness, Travel Operations, and Accounts Payable; learn about available services and resources; and enjoy light refreshments.
The Financial Services Support Hub provides several key benefits to the campus community, including centralized access to financial expertise and support services; improved processing efficiency and reduced administrative burden; timely assistance with financial transactions and inquiries; enhanced compliance with university and California State University policies; and improved customer service and support for faculty, staff and university stakeholders.
The Financial Services Support Hub provides support in financial operations, travel and expense management, procurement and payment support, training and resources, and customer support.
