Fazeshift has secured an investment from Amex Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of American Express, to support development of its AI-native finance automation platform.
The investment follows Fazeshift’s $22 million Series A earlier in 2026, which was led by F-Prime with participation from Gradient, Y Combinator, Wayfinder, Pioneer Fund, Ritual Capital and other investors.
Fazeshift develops autonomous AI agents designed to execute end-to-end accounts receivable workflows.
The platform automates processes including invoicing, payment reconciliation and collections across software already used by corporate finance teams.
The Amex Ventures investment will support product development and team expansion as Fazeshift moves beyond accounts receivable toward a broader autonomous CFO software suite.
“This investment lets us move faster on our mission of giving finance teams their time back. We’re grateful to welcome Amex Ventures as an investor to continue our work building the future of enterprise finance.”
Caitlin Leksana, CEO and Co-Founder of Fazeshift
“We are excited to be backing Fazeshift as they continue to assemble a strong team and build out an expanding suite of agentic capabilities to modernize finance operations.”
Margaret Lim, Managing Director at Amex Ventures
