Fast Track launches native AI-powered CRM app for iPhone

Fast Track has launched a native Fast Track AI app for iPhone, now available on the App Store, extending its AI platform beyond desktop use.
The app allows users to stay connected to their business, monitor activity, and make commercial decisions from their phones. Fast Track AI has seen strong adoption since its launch in 2025, with the native app designed to build on that momentum by providing an experience tailored to mobile use.
The app offers the full capabilities of Fast Track AI. Users can ask about market performance over the weekend, check site performance, understand player activity, and review the performance of specific campaigns.
They can also design and build campaigns, modify existing work, and approve actions directly from their phones.This means commercial questions and decisions that previously required a report, meeting, or return to a desktop can now be addressed and acted on immediately, says the CRM services company.
“Fast Track AI on a phone has to meet the same standard as the platform itself: the same real-time data, the same permissions and the same audit trail,” said Patrik Potocki, CTO of Fast Track. “We built it as a native app rather than a wrapper around the web product, so it is fast, secure and feels like it belongs on the phone.”
Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and CEO of Fast Track, said the mobile app makes Fast Track AI accessible to more people across different parts of their work.
“It becomes easier to bring AI into the decisions you make throughout the day, whether that is understanding performance, exploring what is happening in the business or actually getting work done,” he said. “The more accessible Fast Track AI becomes, the more problems it can help solve, and I think we are only beginning to see the potential of that.”
The Fast Track AI app is available now on the App Store for existing Fast Track partners. Users can sign in using their existing Fast Track credentials.
