Clastix, an Italian company developing software solutions for the management, automation and governance of large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure, has closed a €2.9 million investment round through the issuance of convertible participating financial instruments (SFP). The SFP were subscribed by CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. (on behalf of the Fondo Italia Venture II – Fondo Imprese Sud fund), Vertis SGR S.p.A. (on behalf of the Vertis Venture 6 Digital Sud fund) and Mistral AI SAS.
Through its Kamaji software, the company enables businesses and cloud service providers to manage complex Kubernetes environments with greater efficiency, scalability and control, reducing infrastructure costs and operational complexity.
CDP Venture Capital SGR S.p.A. and Vertis SGR S.p.A. were assisted by BonelliErede, with a team comprising partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane, managing associate Enrico Goitre, associates Elena Cozzupoli and Francesca Gea Rusconi, and Davide Cardinali.
