The awards acknowledge the leading finance teams and professionals across Australia and set a new benchmark of excellence across the profession, spotlighting senior leaders through to rising stars.
Corporate accounting professionals are encouraged tosubmit an entryornominate a worthy colleague or teamby Friday, 31 July 2026, for a chance to be recognised.
Finalists will be announced on Friday, 9 October 2026.

There is a total of38 categoriesto choose from, including 25 individual and 13 group categories.
The individual categories will celebrate financial analysts, tax accountants, payroll officers, ESG accounting specialists, and corporate accountants working across education, retail, technology and more.
Finance teams working across agribusiness, construction, infrastructure and/or real estate, education, financial services, professional services, sports and entertainment are also encouraged to throw their hats in the ring.

With a judging panel including respected professionals and business leaders, academics, business executives, entrepreneurs and innovators, the Corporate Accountant Awards are a peer-reviewed recognition of your or your business’s capabilities for supporting the accounting sector and passion for driving the profession forward.
The judging criteria for award categories are quantitative and qualitative, acknowledging growth, development, diversity, leadership, innovation, excellence and contribution to Australia’s accounting sector.
All teams and professionals that meet eligibility criteria from across Australia’s in-house accounting profession are encouraged to participate in the awards program.
