Presented by CRM.org, the annual CRMmys Awards recognize CRM software vendors based on evaluations by an independent panel of CRM practitioners. Creatio received the 2026 Best AI CRM award for its platform, which enables organizations to integrate AI agents into marketing, sales, customer service and operational workflows.
The company positions its platform as an AI-native CRM that allows employees and AI agents to work together through a unified system, helping organizations automate customer-facing processes, reduce operational complexity and improve productivity.
