The fund will invest in military startups and companies and seek technological solutions for current and future challenges. Fedorov stated that there are plans to launch it in the near future and invite startups and experts to participate.
He named three key priorities of the fund:
→ The first is the sensorization and robotization of the frontline to protect the lives of military personnel and accelerate the deployment of robotic systems.
→ The second involves jet-powered interceptors and low-cost missiles capable of destroying Shaheds and missiles. Fedorov stated that the fund’s mission is to accelerate the development of a response to this threat.
→ The third area of focus is low-cost strike missiles—potentially featuring artificial intelligence. According to Fedorov, Ukraine needs its own system capable of responding to Russian attacks at scale.
After leaving the post of Minister of Defense, Fedorov remains publicly active and continues to shape his own agenda in the realm of warfare and defense technologies.
