Zeal Connect has launched Zeal CRM, an AI-first customer relationship management platform designed specifically for the travel industry. The product extends the company’s technology platform across the booking journey, from the first customer enquiry and quotation to booking management and final resolution.
The launch comes during Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026 in Dubai, where Zeal CRM and Zeal Desk are being showcased together for the first time.
Zeal CRM has been designed to address operational processes that continue to require significant manual intervention across travel businesses. The platform uses AI to structure customer enquiries, manage different versions of quotations as requirements change, and integrate supplier pricing into the options being prepared by travel agents.
Once a deal is converted, the booking information moves into Zeal Desk, where amendments, cancellations and escalations can be managed against live booking data. According to the company, the integrated approach allows information and intelligence to remain connected throughout the booking lifecycle.
Zeal Desk and other Zeal Connect products are currently in use across India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe and Southeast Asia, including at companies such as EaseMyTrip, Go Global Travel, Tailor Beds, Akbar Travels, TripMax, Itrip and Peak Point.
Highlighting the impact of automation on travel operations, Rishabh Doshi, Managing Director, Classic Holidays, said, “For years, growth came with a cost attached, more bookings meant more people. Zeal broke that link. We’re handling around 40 per cent more volume this year on the same team, and customers are getting answers faster than before.”
Yogesh Chaudhari, Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, Zeal Connect, said, “Travel has always been an industry where the promise is made by software and kept by people working nights. The last decade of travel technology went into selling faster. The next belongs to companies that can keep what they sold at any volume, without adding a person for every thousand bookings,” he said.
