SAN FRANCISCO — WizCommerce has launched WizCRM, an AI-first CRM built for wholesalers and distributors and integrated directly into the WizCommerce sales platform.
As wholesale businesses digitize more of their sales, many teams still work across disconnected systems for CRM, quoting, ordering, e-commerce and ERP, the company said.
WizCRM is designed to remove the gap between the notes in the CRM and pricing, quotes, orders and inventory.
Teams can manage accounts and contacts, track deals, log meetings and visits, assign tasks, create quotes and convert them into ERP-synced orders without moving between disconnected tools. Customer records also can include activity from a connected B2B storefront, including sign-ins, searches, product views, cart activity and orders.
“Wholesale is a relationship business, but the relationship and the transaction have been separated by software for too long,” said Div Makkar, CEO and co-founder of WizCommerce, adding, “We built WizCRM so the record gets richer as the rep sells. When a conversation becomes a quote and a quote becomes an order, it all stays connected.”
WizCRM also includes WizPilot, an AI sales assistant that can answer questions about the business and do work for the team, such as prepare for a customer meeting, create follow-up tasks, ask what the team worked on this week or which open quotes are going stale.
The launch brings CRM into the broader WizCommerce platform alongside WizOrder for order taking, WizShop for B2B e-commerce, WizPay for payments and WizStudio for product content.
