Sentiment and the balance of points
Rhea-AI Sentiment reads the wording of the document, how positive or negative its language is on a 1 to 5 scale. The balance of points shown with the takes weighs what the document actually discloses, so the two can disagree, for example when a trial that missed its main goal is described in upbeat language.

Rhea-AI Filing Summary
Ainos, Inc. (AIMD) amended its bylaws, effective immediately on October 14, <a href="https://bitcomme.com/nc-opens-2-1m-in-sbir-tech-grants-2026/” title=”NC Opens $2.1M in SBIR Tech Grants [2026]”>2026, establishing a three-class board; the board approved the change unanimously. Class I, with terms expiring at the 2026 annual meeting, comprises directors Ting-Chuan Lee, Chun-Jung Tsai and Chung-Yi Tsai; Class II, expiring at the 2027 annual meeting, comprises Yao-Chung Chiang and Pao-Sheng Wei; and Class III, expiring at the 2028 annual meeting, comprises Chun-Hsien Tsai, the Chief Executive Officer, and Wen-Han Chang. Directors elected thereafter to succeed an expiring class will have terms expiring at the third succeeding annual meeting. The board also amended its Corporate Governance Policies to reflect the classified structure. The policies state that if Ainos qualifies as a Nasdaq “controlled company,” it shall elect the Controlled Company exemption from Nasdaq’s independent-director requirement. If it does not qualify, the policies require a board consisting of a majority of independent directors within 12 months from the date it ceases to be a controlled company.
