The countdown is finally at an end. After weeks of anticipation, MedTech World is pleased to reveal the ten standout startups selected to compete for the spotlight at the MedTech World Startup Pitch Competition, co-hosted with Startup World Cup, taking place at MedTech World Asia 2026 | Hong Kong.
Chosen from a highly competitive applicant pool spanning the globe, these ten finalists represent the sharpest edge of MedTech innovation today: from AI-driven elder and pet health monitoring to needle-free biosensing, next-generation surgical robotics, and breakthrough organ preservation technology. Together, they capture the breadth and ambition of an industry racing to revamp how we diagnose, treat, and care for patients everywhere.

A high-tech enterprise specializing in smart healthcare and medical devices, Yinrunkang is pioneering AI-powered health management across an integrated human–pet intelligent health ecosystem. Its solutions act as an early-warning “health weather forecast” for seniors, give pet owners real-time insight into their animals’ health, and help hospitals, nursing homes, and communities scale smart healthcare adoption.

This deep-tech life sciences company has developed a portable, needle-free biomarker monitoring platform that reads blood sugar continuously through the skin, matching the accuracy of FDA-approved finger-prick glucose meters while tracking a range of health biomarkers at the tissue, cellular, and molecular levels.

A medical technology company specializing in surgical devices, soft tissue surgical platforms, and surgical robotics, pushing the boundaries of precision in the operating room.

Founded in 2018, OnePass Medical is on a mission to save lives by transforming biopsies, enabling single-pass procedures that save time and money, while upgrading biopsies into therapeutic tools through capabilities like RF ablation and drug delivery. The company is supported by grants from the Israel Innovation Authority.

Monarch Technologies is building a modular drug delivery platform designed to improve the efficacy and safety of locoregional cancer therapies, adapting throughout treatment to overcome biological barriers and deliver drugs directly to tumors.

A leader in non-natural nucleic acid genetic detection, Beijing Best HealthCare Technology has built its proprietary PANDA platform (Platform of Advanced Non-natural DNA Analogs), which includes PANDA-FISH, PANDA-MB, PANDA-ARMS, and PANDA-Ampliseq. Its flagship Speedy Probe products deliver rapid 30-minute hybridization, room-temperature stability, and superior signal-to-noise performance, outdoing traditional FISH technology. In just two years, the company has developed over 100 probe products and secured partnerships with leading hospitals including Peking Union Medical College Hospital and Chinese PLA General Hospital, with large-scale profitability expected in 2026.

Vascular Perfusion Solutions is tackling one of transplantation’s toughest challenges: preserving donor hearts longer, safer, and more affordably. With over 100 preclinical heart perfusions completed, its VP.S ENCORE® system, developed under FDA Breakthrough Device Designation, aims to extend graft viability up to eight hours without donor blood or complex infrastructure.

Oculoo has developed innovative eye drop glasses that help people apply eye drops safely and independently — the first solution to assist with the entire process, from positioning the bottle to calmly administering the drops.

Rosalind Dx is developing an accessible prenatal test to detect chromosomal abnormalities in pregnancy. Its dPCR-based kit is five times faster and cheaper for labs to run, putting accurate information within reach of more parents. The founding team has previously developed more than ten US IVDs, including PerkinElmer’s prenatal test and Roche’s first liquid biopsy test.

E‑SENSE is a MedTech startup pioneering AI‑powered, portable multi‑organ imaging systems for primary healthcare settings. With flagship solutions VitoCheck for preventive screening and E‑Sential for home monitoring, we deliver non-invasive vital organ assessments that shift care from hospital‑bound to accessible, daily monitoring for disease prevention and progression.
