Target plans to open a store at NewQuest’s Texas Heritage Marketplace, just west of Katy, Texas on Oct. 11. Target is one of three major anchors at the $400 million, 165-acre mixed-use development, according to a KHOU report citing a Houston Business Journal report. The Target store will feature a Target Optical, Starbucks and CVS Pharmacy.
Another Target store, in Norfolk, Va., also will open Oct. 11. It is the second in Norfolk location for the chain, according to a Virginia-Pilot report.
The store will be located in the former Kroger location at 201 E. Little Creek Road, and will include a Starbucks, a CVS Pharmacy and electric vehicle charging stations.
