Talstack is expanding its people management platform with the introduction of Time Off, a new leave management module that helps organisations manage employee leave, simplify approvals, improve workforce visibility and support compliance.
The launch is the latest step in Talstack’s development of a broader AI-enabled Human Resources Management System (HRMS) intended to cover the full people management spectrum from recruiting and onboarding to exit.
Talstack’s existing platform integrates Performance Management and Learning, enabling companies to set and track goals, align organisational priorities, conduct 360-degree reviews and appraisals, capture ongoing feedback between colleagues, and deploy training programmes using either Talstack’s pre-built content catalogue or their own training materials.
Time Off will form part of the planned HRMS solution and is designed to move leave administration away from spreadsheets, emails, forms and messages commonly used to request, approve and track employee time off such as vacation, sick leave and parental leave.
According to Talstack, employees will be able to submit and track their requests and view available balances. Managers will be able to assess requests and plan team coverage with improved visibility, while administrators can configure leave policies according to the organisation’s requirements.
Requests, approvals and balance updates will all be logged in one place, supporting more consistent record-keeping, clearer reporting, compliance processes, internal reviews and audits.
