Anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Oklahoma’s housing market in September will face a steady market that leans toward a buyer’s advantage, according to trend data from Realtor.com.

Augmented intelligence (AI)—commonly called artificial intelligence—is quickly becoming part of how medical students study, review lectures and look up unfamiliar concepts.
