TacoAI, a subsidiary of Prosperum Fintech Holdings LLC (“PFH”) and the technology company behind Avant Garde Trading’s new trading platform, announced that it has acquired Authava, an enterprise conversational AI platform designed to help businesses deploy secure, fully integrated and highly configurable AI assistants.
The acquisition represents a strategic expansion of Taco’s technology capabilities and advances PFH’s broader objective of building a portfolio of scalable financial technology and artificial intelligence solutions. Authava brings Taco an established platform for developing and operating white-label AI assistants that can support customer service, sales, lead generation, account servicing and other business-critical interactions.
Authava’s technology is designed to extend beyond traditional website chatbots. Its API-first architecture allows AI assistants to connect with enterprise applications, customer relationship management systems and proprietary data sources. The platform also supports authenticated user experiences, real-time data retrieval, workflow integrations, post-conversation analytics and managed deployment services.
“Authava adds a powerful and complementary technology layer to Taco’s existing platform engineering and artificial intelligence capabilities,” said Jim Swartwout, Chief Executive Officer of Prosperum Fintech Holdings. “Taco has already demonstrated its ability to build complex, intuitive technology for financial services through the development of Avant Garde’s new trading platform. With Authava, we are expanding the range of intelligent, customer-facing products we can deliver across the PFH ecosystem and to external enterprise clients.”
Taco develops custom technology solutions for fintech companies, publishers and other businesses seeking to integrate artificial intelligence, automation and modern digital experiences into their operations. Its capabilities include full-scale platform development, AI-powered chatbots, API integrations, data-driven tools and workflow automation.
The acquisition is expected to accelerate Taco’s ability to offer conversational AI as both a standalone product and an integrated component of larger digital platforms. Potential applications include personalized financial education, customer onboarding, account support, product discovery, lead qualification and the delivery of context-specific information through embedded AI experiences.
“Successful enterprise AI requires more than placing a general-purpose chatbot on a website,” said Doug Howe, Chief Executive Officer of TacoAI. “It requires controlled information sources, secure integrations, accurate real-time data and an architecture that can evolve with the client’s business. Authava was built around those requirements, making it a strong strategic fit with Taco’s engineering organization and long-term product roadmap.”
Taco plans to continue developing the Authava platform as part of its broader technology portfolio while exploring opportunities to incorporate Authava’s conversational infrastructure, integration capabilities and managed-service expertise into future products developed for Avant Garde Trading and other PFH companies.
“We are thrilled to be joining the TacoAI team to further expand our offering and reach for our services,” said Ryan Hein, Principal at Authava.
The transaction also expands Taco’s addressable market beyond brokerage technology. Taco will be positioned to offer configurable AI products to fintech companies, financial publishers, enterprise brands and other organizations seeking to improve customer engagement, automate support and create new digital revenue opportunities.
“This acquisition is consistent with PFH’s strategy of assembling differentiated technology, financial services and intellectual property under a common operating ecosystem,” Swartwout added. “We believe the combination of Taco and Authava creates a stronger foundation for product innovation, commercial expansion and long-term enterprise value creation.”
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
