Stella McCartney stores deploy Proximity app
Stella McCartney, a luxury fashion brand based in London, has deployed Proximity to support its clienteling strategy.
The Proximity app is now live across 14 stores in the U.K., Italy, France, Spain, and the U.S., according to a press release. The app is helping the retailer support teams and elevate the in-store experience. It brings customer insights, product information and day-to-day workflows together to give store associates the tools they need to deliver more personalized and informed service at every stage of the customer journey.
Store teams can now understand each customer’s preferences and purchase history, enabling more relevant conversations and timely follow-up.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Stella McCartney, a brand that has consistently challenged convention and redefined what modern luxury can look like,” Cathy McCabe, CEO and co-founder of Proximity, said in the release. “Their commitment to exceptional customer experiences aligns perfectly with our vision. By equipping store teams with the right customer insights, tools and product knowledge at their fingertips, we can help create more meaningful and valuable interactions every day.”
