Singer Seo In-young was unexpectedly criticized for wearing a costume referring to Lee Hyo-ri while transforming into an unconventional Yamamba Gyaru in Tokyo, Japan.
On the 14th, the YouTube channel “Seo In-young on the Gwacheon Line” showed Seo In-young going on Gyaru makeup and costume experience in Tokyo, Japan.
On this day, Seo In-young tried on three outfits after finishing her makeup. Regarding the first costume, he said, “It’s Lee Hyo-ri’s.” He chose that style, but when the production team pointed out that they could see a floating room, he said, “There’s always a floating room. It’s because I’m nervous,” he explained immediately.
Earlier, Seo In-young showed a legendary Yamamba Gyaru photo at a makeup shop, saying, “I want Sen Gyaru.” When the makeup artist applied a dark foundation on her face, she was surprised, saying, “It looks like you’ve painted clay,” and she couldn’t hold back her laughter when she added white shadows to her eyelids.
Seo In-young was rather satisfied with her face, which became more intense with dark pink eyes and rich eyelashes. When a local makeup artist complimented her for being pretty, she said, “I think this is prettier. I think I found my face,” he said, adding, “I should raise my nose like this.” The production team also joked, “Let’s go to the hospital.”
Then, white lipstick, face decoration, and a wig were added to complete the Yamamba Gyaru transformation. Seo In-young, who was looking at her appearance in the mirror, burst into laughter herself, saying, “I look like an older sister when I made a fortune at a hair salon in the province.”
Seo In-young, who was satisfied at the makeup shop, said, “I think I found my face,” was embarrassed by people’s eyes when she took to the street. He said, “I’m embarrassed. I think I’m a little embarrassed,” he hesitated, but when he met the photographer, he took various poses and went on a shoot.
