People come to Reddit to ask questions, learn from real experiences, and make decisions based on the communities they trust. The same is true for people making decisions about their business. Globally, more than 20 million business decision-makers come to Reddit,1 and 9 in 10 used the platform to research business products or services in the past year.2
For advertisers, this creates an opportunity to capture high quality leads that translate to business outcomes. Reddit already brings B2B and B2C brands direct access to passionate communities and unique targeting tools. Today, we’re taking it a step further with powerful new Lead Generation features.
New ways to turn intent into measurable demand
Reddit is evolving Lead Generation to help advertisers turn high-intent engagement into measurable demand byconnecting leads to existing CRM workflows and optimizing campaigns for lead submissions.Advertisers can send prospects to landing pages on their own sites, directly to forms tailored to their business, and route lead data into their CRM for easier follow-up.
To support that, Max campaigns are available for lead generation to help increase lead volume and improve efficiency. Max campaigns optimize campaign settings and creative rotation for every impression to drive better performance with less work. In addition, it provides valuable audience insights that helps advertisers further understand their top performing audiences on Reddit.
To help advertisers reach the right prospects and connect campaign activity to business outcomes, Reddit is alsoexpanding its audience, measurement, and CRM capabilities:
- In-market audiences (Beta):Available automatically through Max, in-market audiences help advertisers reach people actively researching or considering making a purchase, including in categories such as Enterprise and Business AI and Cybersecurity. By focusing spend on higher-intent audiences, advertisers can pursue more efficient lower-funnel performance. Our data shows that advertisers using in-market audiences on Reddit saw an average improvement of nearly 7% to CPA compared with other first-party targeting options.3
- Audience and measurement partners:First and third-party audience integrations with Bombora, Demandbase, Clay, G2 through the Bombora connector, and Octane 11 give advertisers more ways to reach relevant people and accounts. Measurement partners such as Octane 11 and Dreamdata (alpha) help connect Reddit activity to attribution and pipeline outcomes.
- CRM integration:HubSpot is being tested in open beta as a platform partner for attribution, reporting, and account setup, helping advertisers connect Reddit campaigns to familiar CRM workflows and evaluate performance more easily. Pixel and Conversions API implementation is planned for later this year.
Together, these capabilities help advertisers move from collecting leads to building qualified demand, with more control over lead capture, more efficient campaign optimization, and a clearer view of business impact.
Case Study: Connecting Reddit to the outcomes that matter
Cybersecurity company Huntress leveraged Reddit’s community targeting across all ad placements to reach IT and security decision-makers with qualified lead-generation campaigns. Across two campaigns, Huntress cut its CPA by more than half, making customer acquisition more than twice as cost-efficient. Beyond campaign efficiency, 40% of sales-qualified accounts sourced from Reddit in the past year converted into sales opportunities.
