Omri Casspi has raised $250 million for the third fund of Swish Ventures, bringing the firm’s assets under management to approximately $800 million.
The new fund plans to invest in approximately 12 companies, with an average investment of around $20 million per company. It will focus primarily on Seed and Series A investments, either co-leading rounds alongside another fund or participating as an investor.
Swish’s latest fund is targeting some of the technology sectors attracting growing investor attention, including <a href="https://bitcomme.com/10-nontechnical-cybersecurity-jobs/” title=”10 Nontechnical Cybersecurity Jobs”>cybersecurity, technology infrastructure, physical AI, defense, AI for industrial applications, and government technology.
The fund comes with a notable track record behind it. Since its founding, Swish Ventures has invested in 20 companies, eight of which have become unicorns. The combined valuation of its portfolio companies now exceeds $60 billion. The portfolio includes Cognition AI, Applied Compute, EON, Wonderful, Upwind, Long Lake, Glow, Tenzai, PointFive, Irregular and Turnout.
Swish also operates an Opportunity Fund, allowing it to continue investing in portfolio companies as they progress from Seed through growth stages.
Casspi, who spent a decade playing in various NBA teams before moving into venture capital, launched Swish Ventures in early 2025 and serves as its founder and sole Managing Partner. Investors in the new fund include existing Swish backers and new investors, including Sequoia Capital, U.S. institutional investors such as pension funds, leading American universities and family offices.
“Closing our third fund in a short period of time, with the support of some of the world’s leading institutional investors, is first and foremost a vote of confidence in the founders we back and the credit they deserve,” Casspi said.
“For us, the new fund is a direct continuation of our focused strategy. We want to be the most meaningful partners to the world’s leading entrepreneurs.”
