Omnichat has raised a $10 million Series A funding round led by Openspace Capital, with participation from Darwin Ventures and Acorn Pacific Ventures.
The AI-native marketing and customer experience company plans to use the funding to expand its Agentic AI platform, increase research and development around its Omni AI Agents, and accelerate international growth.
Omnichat’s AI agent portfolio includes an AI Marketing Agent that builds customer segments and messaging campaigns, an AI Sales Agent that recommends products and completes orders within chat conversations, and an AI Customer Service Agent designed to resolve customer inquiries around the clock.
The company has also developed OmniClaw, an AI business analyst that tracks customer behavior, conversation trends, and store-level revenue attribution in real time.
Omnichat said approximately 300 brands adopted OmniClaw within two months of its June 2026 launch. The number of brands using its Marketing Agent tripled over the same period.
The company differentiates its platform by combining marketing, sales, and customer service around a unified customer profile rather than simply aggregating messages into a shared inbox.
Omnichat supports interactions across WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WeChat, KakaoTalk, and TikTok. Its system can also attribute purchases back to conversations, including transactions eventually completed in physical stores.
The company serves more than 5,000 clients, including brands such as Dyson, FILA, Watsons, L’Occitane, VF Corporation, SMCP, and Mead Johnson. Omnichat said its platform has helped customers generate more than $100 million in revenue.
The Series A will support expansion beyond the company’s existing Asia-Pacific footprint as it seeks to deploy autonomous AI agents across marketing, sales, and customer support workflows globally.
“This Series A marks an important step as we transition from conversational commerce to AI-driven commerce. Traditional customer messaging tools still need heavy human intervention to drive sales. With our Omni AI Agent platform, enterprises can deploy agents that sell, market, and support customers around the clock. Partnering with Openspace Capital, Darwin Ventures, and Acorn Pacific Ventures gives us the support to scale this approach across APAC and globally.”
