WASHINGTON (TNND) —A widespread disruption to Microsoft’s Outlook email service has left thousands of users unable to access key features Monday, according to reports compiled byDowndetector.
More than 6,000 users have reported an outage for Outlook, according to the user-monitoring site. Those affected said they were unable to open, search or send emails through the service.
As of 1 p.m. EST, Microsoft had not provided updates on the scope of the outage or when service would be restored.
ChatGPT Work is also experiencing a partial outage, and users across multiple subscription plans may be experiencing several issues. The outage started at around 11 a.m. EST. OpenAI confirmed through it’sstatus page that they are working on the issue.
